Dr. Brendan Dolan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and pursued additional training in his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Long Beach, CA. Dr. Dolan is active in continuing education, especially in the areas of implant dentistry and esthetic rehabilitation.

After a year of training in implant dentistry at the Long Beach VA Hospital, Dr. Dolan completed the Advanced Implant Educator course in San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico, where he learned complex dental implant treatment from world-renowned implant surgeons. He is part of the faculty club at the Frank Spear Institute for Dental Education and has attended numerous courses at the Spear Campus in Scottsdale, AZ. He is also a member of the Academy of Osseointegration for Dental Implants, the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

From an early age, Dr. Dolan learned the value of providing excellent dental care by watching his father go above and beyond for his patients. After joining his father at Dolan Dental Group, Dr. Dolan has provided patients with state-of-the-art, stress-free dental treatment in a caring environment. He understands the importance of clear communication, and he treats patients in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

He believes that service is an essential part of being a dentist, and he has been an active volunteer in Connecticut Mission of Mercy, which provides free dental care to homeless and disadvantaged patients every year. Dr. Dolan is a musician and sings in his rock band “Man Hands” in the Hartford area. For three summers, he sang in The Vineyard Sound (an acapella group on Martha’s Vineyard) and he currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors. When he is not providing excellent dental care, Dr. Dolan can be found writing, playing, and recording music. He loves his family and enjoys spending time with his niece and three nephews.
